Meghan Flanery’s practice focuses on all aspects of the energy and construction industries. She does litigation, title, transactional, and general corporate work. Meghan leverages her deep oil and gas experience into representing clients in the alternative energy production and transmission sectors, including development of solar facilities. She has won jury trials, bench trials and arbitrations. She has secured many favorable settlements, some without even having to file suit.
A Houston native, Meghan’s background, which includes studying professional music and piano at the Berklee College of Music, studying philosophy and political science at University of Houston, enables Meghan to approach client matters with a special creativity, giving her and her clients an edge.
